Return & Refund Policy

At Birdies Bees, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

  • Returns must be approved prior to sending back any items—please contact us first to initiate the return process.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to officially post the refund.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take several business days before the refund is posted.

  3. Contact your bank for any additional processing time.

Sale Items

All sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for refund.


Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged in transit. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at babygotrocks@gmail.com to begin the process.

We take pride in quality, but if you receive a product with a manufacturer defect or shipping damage, we’ll gladly exchange it for you.


Return Shipping

Once your return is approved, we will email you detailed instructions on how to return your item.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.

  • For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Bones

  • Sale items

  • Limited edition items

  • Used bath or body products

  • Food products


Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted (at our discretion), including:

  • Items not in original condition

  • Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
